EXCHANGE POLICY:
Merchandise must be new, unworn and unaltered, with tags attached and with the online receipt. Any items that have been washed - even if following wash instructions - are not eligible for return.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of having received your order (per tracking receipt).

All jewelry and sale items are also Final Sale. Orders placed with any discount code, from the sale section or clearance cannot be returned for store credit or exchange.
How long will it take to get my order?
Online orders will ship out within 24-48 hours.
Local pick up orders will be ready within 24 hours during business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
How do I pick up an item in-store?
Just come on in after you receive your “ready for pick up” email and a sales associate will be happy to assist.

How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Unfortunately, that is not possible. Once an order is placed, the process has already started.

3-5 business days depending on your proximity to our store front.

We ship all orders via USPS. You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
